      • When you have conversations with people who are at a higher level, they’ll pull you up.

      • Network laterally too, they might be doing things that you’re not doing.
    • How has hosting networking events impacted your network and bottom line?
      • His typical event costs him $5,000.
      • Indirectly from these events, they end up getting 2-3 deals.
      • His average profit margin on his flip deals is in the $25-30k range.
      • He’s looking for strategic partners, private money lenders, contractors, deals, etc.
      • You can go out and create your own stage.
      • It’s okay to start small with 1-1 coffee meetups.
